Rickway/De Niza Kennels, as dedicated breeders, do our best to produce the proper type of French Bulldog, of good temperament and the soundest type possible. However, we cannot guarantee against what might occur after the puppy/dog leaves the kennel due to environmental circumstances beyond our control. We will discuss with you at length on what we find most beneficial in raising your French Bulldog.

1. Purchase price shall be $2000 plus applicable taxes of which $500.00 shall be a non-refundable deposit deducted from the final purchase price.
   
   
2. The breeder agrees that the puppy has had two sets of vaccinations. You will have a health guarantee extending for 72 hours after taking possession of your puppy in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and are urged to do so.
   
   
3. The breeder agrees that the dog is registerable with the Canadian Kennel Club and that the registration papers shall be forwarded to you without undue delay on our part.
   
   
4. The purchaser agrees to provide the puppy/dog with a safe healthy environment. Leaving the dog unattended outside is strictly forbidden.
   
   
5. If something should occur within the family setting that the dog cannot be maintained then the puppy/dog shall be returned to the breeder for relocation.
   
   
6. Any hereditary defects that shall be displayed before the age of 2 (two) years shall be discussed with the breeder’s veterinarian and any restitution/replacement shall be at the discretion of the breeder.
